Our founder’s journey in the real estate sector is marked by resilience, determination, and a commitment to excellence. Ms. Inderjit Kaur began her career as a management trainee with a prominent real estate conglomerate in Punjab, gaining invaluable experiences in large-scale development projects. Her professional career progressed through various roles with leading real estate companies across Delhi-NCR and Gurugram, where she honed her expertise in legal compliances, retail leasing, and high-value residential sales. In 2014, Ms. Inderjit expanded her professional presence to a global footprint by joining a European design studio, working in the enigmatic world of luxury real estate for a network of ultra-high-net-worth individuals across Miami, Kuala Lumpur, and Frankfurt. Two years later Ms. Inderjit served as an investment advisor in the United States, specialising in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.
Returning to India in 2020, Ms. Inderjit founded M PRO after conducting extensive research on the real estate sector in Punjab. Her approach is driven by zero-compromise principles, research-based decision-making, and a client-first mentality, making her a sincere and trustworthy leader in the region’s real estate sector. Ms. Inderjit is also a strong advocate for the empowerment of women and young aspirants in the real estate industry, nurturing a strong and significant network of professionals under the M PRO marquee.
Our co-founder’s professional journey began at a young age and is marked by hard work, sincerity, and a passionate pursuit of progress. Mr. Jatinder Singh began his career at 19 years of age, working as a solutions implementation advisor in international business processing. An exemplary student throughout, Mr. Jatinder excelled consistently aced his exams in school and college successfully balancing his academics and work. Upon completing his higher education, he joined a large-scale American real estate advisory organisation in Punjab. Here, Mr. Jatinder kick-started his career as a sales and marketing professional in real estate.
During his tenure with the American real estate advisory services firm, he was exposed to the various aspects of franchisee development and exclusive project marketing. He then moved from real estate advisory to marketing operations for township developments in Punjab, establishing himself as a skilled sales and marketing professional in the region. Later, Mr. Jatinder joined one of the largest real estate developers in the Chandigarh tricity region and cemented his reputation as a sought-after expert in the sales and marketing of real estate projects by delivering record breaking results at his organisation. Eventually Mr. Jatinder founded M PRO in 2021 to transform the disorganised real estate sector in India and usher in a new era of progressive prosperity for stakeholders at all levels.
